Every sinlge time I use volume wheel, OS goes crazy, not only turn off screen, reboot System over and over again.
I only can use it three days.

U12t should be a nice pairing and the Ananda should be powered by the DX300 just fine if you are going balanced. The AMP11 card has some great staging capability so it should fill up the Ananda soundstage easily.

I’m gonna pair it with U12t and maybe light planar headphone like Hifiman Ananda. What do you think?

Hi Josh, the R01 is on its way to me so I can’t compare properly right now. However, the R01 being an R2R DAC inside I have a pretty good idea that you are going to hear some beautiful texture in the notes as R2R’s tend to do that from my experience. Now I suspect the overall coloration will not be too far apart given the MK1 amp has this tube-like sound, however, I am expecting to be able to pick out that delta-sigma polished sound pretty easily when I compare them.

Great review – thanks. How does the iBasso DX300 compare to the Cayin N6ii with the R01 Module (or just the Cayin n6ii itself) in relation to overall sound quality? Which one do you prefer?

I too have experienced the same problem when sitting at my computer in the dinette with my router in the master bedroom. My iPhone 6s and iPhone X remain connected with a medium signal showing in the bar graph at the top while my DX300 shows no signal whatsoever and necessitates my having to get up and walk into the bedroom to re-establish the connection until it decides to disconnect again. The only room that I can stream music from the Internet, is the room where the router is situated. :-(
